I have no issues with the GP that I saw for a couple of years at this practice. They were efficient and helpful and met my needs. However the medical receptionists are terrible. They are rude, unhelpful and at times straight up belligerent. I have seen them breach patient confidentiality which clearly breached RACGP standards. I have left this clinic not because of the doctors but because of the absolute incompetence and rudeness of the medical receptionists. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr vakilp does not care about his patients. If you are pregnant and struggling to breathe for over a month he will just push you out the door the second you get in. This was supposed to be the Dr for my pregnancy but he literally puts no effort in unless you are of his descent then he will have long appointments with you and actually care about your health. If not you are left to fend for yourself. The hospital advised me to see my GP upon releasing me, after seeing him twice I left balling my eyes out at 29 weeks pregnant as I'm still unwell and he gave me no options for how to get better. I am taking legal action against this practice. my friend also had her newborn needles done by the same Dr and had to call an ambulance due to her newborn falling unconscious straight after and no one in the surgery knowing what to do. Very unprofessional practice I think they got their Drs certificates off temu. If you care about your own health or your families find another Dr because they most certainly do not.

The doctor there is so stupid the same say my son went to the doctors I took him to emergency hospital for emergency surgery because the doctor didn't care just told him if it gets any worse in a couple of days come back and she will see what she can do. It's disgusting

Absolute joke of a GP office.

The reception are So disrespectful and unhelpful.

The GP I saw said I didn’t need painkillers yet I go and see another GP and I have two slipped discs. And now I’m on high pain medication.

These doctors need to go back and get their certification again. And maybe do some social work or see a therapist

Couldn’t even help with an invoice that I needed for something serious. Saying that I needed to come back and have another appointment and then to pay again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have been attending Aspire Medical Centre for years now. My husband and myself have been seeing Dr Capulong. I have nothing but respect and trust in him. He is always caring and is a good listener. Nurse Anne is wonderful as are the Reception girls. Thank you all.

Been here 3 times, all 3 times were garbage. Showed a photo I'd taken to the dr of my concern, without even looking told me nothing was there...when you can clearly see an issue. Got yelled at by another dr for mentioning history, "until i see a scan nothing exists in this office". Reason they're accepting new patients is because no one is returning. If you value your health avoid this place. Called the manager to address a concern, was told busy and would call me the next day, 4 days passed with still no phone call. Phoned again and manager was just dismissive and ignorant, kept trying to talk over the top of me whilst I was voicing my concern. No "hey how are you how can I help" just an arrogant rant about him having to listen to people all day, called the manager out saying let me talk then the manager just proceeded on a rant about OK i will listen...whilst not being quiet...the irony. Zero people skills.

Been here twice now as someone who just moved and is new to the adult world. Saw one of the female doctors. She is very dismissive, rude and patronising. Not kind at all and doesn't take the time to listen and understand. Having anxiety and being on the autism spectrum, I get my mother to help me write what I need to say and ask for. So I do that and show her what I need done and she just dismisses me and asks if my mum is a nurse or doctor or if she just googled everything. Very upsetting experience. Doctors are supposed to be kind, understanding and able to listen to their patients.

Not the best experience at all
Reception was perfectly fine.

The doctor I had to see, however, was aggrivating. Sure, acted nice, but it was easy to see through. Fake. He was judgemental, unhelpful, and minimised medical and mental problems.

The child whom I have guardianship over has been experiencing night terrors for 8 months every single night and requires me in the room to feel safe, at one point i had to spend every night sleeping on the floor next to him so he wouldnt break down. I go to the doctor for help. What does he do? Prints out tips on getting your child to sleep with bed time stories and night lights as if I wasn't already doing that and more.

In the past this same doctor blamed me for taking this child off of his routine medication, he was judgemental about it too. It wasn't me I told him. I hadnt even a clue that the kid was even taken off of it, I hadn't even know he was on it to begin with.

Thankfully I went somewhere else to a new clinic and got the appropriate support we need.
