Omg best GP! I was a walk in and the staff and doctors were so nice and helpful!! They were able to see me within 5 min of walking in and I could not have asked for a better experience! I’ll be coming back here for any other needs I have 😍😍

Taveling through needed injections & ECG for cancer treatment, take about 10 minutes to do both. But waited 1hour & 30 minutes to be seen by Dr who spoke to me for about 3 minutes & wrote slips to get in line for the nurse who already had 10 people waiting . Fortunately the over worked fabulous nurse heard about my wait & took me straight in. If you need to see a nurse, although she is lovely probably best to go elsewhere, maybe some of the doctors or reception staff could help out the nurse.

The receptionists, nurses and doctors have always shown me patience and consideration when I am struggling with my mental health. I have always felt listened to which is important to me. Sometimes there is a wait, the trade off for being good doctors.

I went there with my son for his first immunisations and the way they treated us idk the Drs name but even my sister went with me because the way I was treated before I had my son the drs are disrespectful rang welfare on me I don’t understand why because I was doing the right thing and taking him for his immunisations the only person that was nice to me and my sister and my son was the nurse that gave him his immunisations they just rang me at 6:40am the receptionist was extremely rude because I told I’m now taking my child to branyan clinic and I recommended other parents take there children to other clinics too west medical centre has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dr an guess what use wanna ring welfare well they gave my straight back to me because I am trying my hardest to a good parent and I do give my son everything he needs and I make to take him to every drs appointment every hospital appointment he is healthy and taken care of west medical use disgust me and how use treat single mothers.

They will refer you to get an ultrasound first when all you need is an ultrasound guided injection. This is a waste of your time..the drs time and the radiologists.
They will also call you in to tell you your blood test tesults were fine. Completely unnecessary wasting the governments money and your time.
It is a bulk billing clinic that recieved a government grant to set up.
They are now not offerering telehealth to long time patients.

The gps here are Disgusting. One Gp was wearing a face mask and had a horrible cough. Called me into tell me something they could of just told me over the phone. So my son and I were exposed to their sickness.. Male indian looking bald head gp had a bad attitude and was very rude to me. About coming in 8 minutes late due to heavy fog so everyone drove extra slow to be safe. I stated that I'd been waiting for 25minutes in the waiting room so what are you talking about? He than said he wouldn't do my appointment. Just a Disgusting experience and discrimination to say the least. Also had my appointments changed multiple times to suit the doctors the mourning of my appointments..Will not use these terrible gps again. Don't waste your time.

I've had nothing but wonderful care at this practice. Dr Farooq is incredibly caring and professional. The ladies on reception are super friendly and accomodating and speak to you by name. Very happy to have found a wonderful doctor in Bundaberg
