Went for my first appointment at Aberdovy Clinic today. Very friendly staff at reception. The nurse Lesley was lovely. Made me feel welcome. Saw Dr Merlin who was so friendly & welcoming. Felt very at ease with her. So glad I chose this clinic.

Yesterday was my first appointment at Aberdovy Clinic having relocated to the area in the past year. The staff were very helpful in the appointment process and in getting my details and establishing me as a patient. Dr Saim Waqas was most helpful with his advice, his assessment of my general health and ordering blood tests and bone density scans etc. The blood test was most conveniently done within the building and the script was filled in the attached pharmacy making it a very convenient one-stop process. All staff were friendly supportive and most helpful. The premises are convenient and well appointed for their purpose of providing comprehensive medical support.

What a great service. Friendly, efficient and effective office staff and nurses. The Doctors go above and beyond in their patient centered approach to healthcare and service delivery all while being professional friendly and caring of patients needs and concerns. Taking the time to explain (in detail) procedures prior to obtaining informed consent from the patients.

Worst doctor clinc I've ever been to. Doctor I seen gaslighted the hell out of me dismissed all my symptoms as I broke down in front of her I left feeling so helpless. They are also so over priced and charge extra just by paying card.

Dr Shirlene Yunus listens to my concerns and provides information and medical help appropriately, in a warm and friendly manner . Practice admin are polite and are efficient in assisting clients as quickly as possible. Highly recommend the team at Aberdovy Clinic have been going there for 36 years
