5 star experience at Arundel Parkwood. Very gentle staff who can find the tiniest vein without pain and/or bruising. You don't feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend.

I went to this clinic for a covid test for work. I had no symptoms. When I arrived I was told to wait outside while other patients had the pleasure of waiting inside. There was plenty of spare seats with the ability to sit 1.5m apart, though they insisted I wait outside. They where very rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable.

I walked in this clinic for a Covid test for my work and the receptionist/nurse was so rude. I had no mask with me so I went inside to see if I could grab one. As soon as I walked in the staff member told me off and humiliated me in front of the other customers waiting in the clinic about not wearing a mask before my COVID testing.
I had no symptoms and was happy to wait outside but I cannot believe how disappointed and upset I felt being treated like that at this clinic.
To be honest I’ve been to other QML clinics on the Gold Coast and have never been treated badly and have never been told off about not wearing a mask.
Definitely won’t be going back to this clinic.
So disappointed.

Wonderful. Laura was fantastic and super kind. My disabled mum when this morning was super gentle, and she didn't even feel anything. Let her companion dog enter super friendly. Would recommend

Excellent service recieved with only one staff member in a very busy location. Very surprised to see a sign saying they are also performing covid testing now. Hope that doesn’t effect the level of service or compromise other patients health!

Benn there a few times. Take some blood test. They’re nice and professional. Especially Dr Anme being very kind to me. But some days needs to be waiting for a while.

If your referal clearly states on reports to be BB bulk billing this practice will not BB.
Stuck up staff dosnt help the practice either.
THIS PLACE WILL DISAPPOINTE.
