This was my first visit to OceanMed, a friend had recommended them as a bulk billing practice for a skin check. I was impressed from start to finish. Ample parking, a modern facility with friendly and professional staff. I was seen by Dr Mohamed who was outstanding and after a thorough examination attended to the areas of concern.

I felt compelled numerous times to write a review on the complete lack of time management at this centre but I held back until now.
I'm happy with the medical service provided but they really need to sort out how they hand out appointments with making clients with or w/o kids to have to wait for 2.5 hours. This has happened repeatedly many times. Unless the intent is to train clients to arrive 3 hours late they really need to sort things out. No one has extra 3 hours to sit around and wait to be treated.

I was extremely impressed from start to finish with this medical practice. Staff were calm, thorough and welcoming. Dr Mohomad was professional and very interactive with my consult. I left feeling at ease and well informed, confident with a good outcome for my surgery in 7 days.

As my first time going to OceanMed I am very impressed. I got appointment same day even as a new patient. GP seemed very thorough, which I haven't had in the past at a now very busy medical centre 😀

Extremely disappointed, would leave 0 stars if I could. I had my baby and my toddler with me and was made to wait over 45 minutes for my appointment. The doctor didn’t seem to listen to my concerns and misdiagnosed my baby. Provided a script for antibiotics which she does not require. I made another appointment at a different medical centre the same day for the doctor to listen to my concerns. The doctor told me my baby did absolutely not have what the original doctor said and that antibiotics are not required. Will be avoiding this medical centre in the future.

We don't always leave reviews unless the service is deserved. However, the moment we stepped into the clinic we felt at ease. Everyone is helpful and kind. Anne had a skin check with Dr Mohamed Elsaid and he was very professional, kind and thorough. We found that she had to have a biopsy on her nose and she was a little nervous. He explained what he was doing and what she needed to do. It was so quick and easy. It is hours later and she doesn't feel any discomfort. We will definitely recommend him and the staff.
