I have been attending this practice for myself and my two children (aged 2 & 3) for the past near year. Dr Gill has been our go to doctor since then and it has been nothing short of a pleasant experience, he's helped us with many things ranging from immunisations for my toddlers, writing referrals to specialists, whilst saving me heaps of money assisting me in my weight loss and acne journey. I've moved around a lot and have seen many GP's and Dr Gill has by far been the best i have seen. He's kind, patient and great with children. As for the practice, I'm sure you've read in previous reviews, yes there can be some waiting times, as there likely is with most medical centres, some days long, some days short, most of the time its out of our hands as previous patients have rocked up late. Regardless it's worth it when you get the care there that you do.

I have been seeing Dr Calvelo for many years now and highly recommend him to friends and family. I have always found him to be on time and very thorough and also fantastic with my children whom are anxious. The reception ladies are awesome and always helpful if You need anything done. The nurse has always been super friendly too. Although I mainly see Dr Calvelo I am happy to see any of the other Doctors if I can't get in with him as they are all great. I hope I never have to change doctor's again.

Dr Calvelo is patient, understanding and actually listens to what you have to say. Very respectful and skilled but if there is a specialist who can do something better he is not afraid and is happy to go to the ends of the earth to find the right one. New online booking system is much better than the previous walk in system. Never paid a cent fully bulk billed. Thank you for your great service.

Doctor is Fantastic - Lovely Ladies that are REGULARLY behind the desk always make me feel comfortable. But has been a couple of times I have called now and been made to feel a little uncomfortable. We all have bad days so I can understand it but maybe and especially in this particular industry do not allow someone with attitude to answer the phone.

Definitely I don’t recommend Dr Avtar Gill to anyone. I WAS WAITING FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR, IT WAS A JOKE. The clinic was empty only one person before me and took forever to call … because the doctor went to have lunch exactly when I arrived, very disrespectful. (It’s ok to eat, everyone needs food, but how long he needs when the patient is waiting)
He saws me there, I was waiting with my baby, she had enough she started to crying because was way tooo long. And he was a bit angry about her crying because we couldn’t talk, ARE YOU SERIOUS? SHE IS A BABY! EVEN MYSELF HAD ENOUGH OF WAITING… I WANTED TO CRY TOO.
Funny thing is if I were10 or 20min late we lost the appointment but the other way around we can wait for hours and its ok.
Why do we need to book an appointment time We can just walk in, will be quicker. When he finally called me I was super angry and tired of waiting, he tried to be nice and friendly but his time was over. I am human that’s all.
