I have recently been going through a lot of issues and had a complex worker’s compensation case and she provided extra support and she never gave up on me providing exceptional care as she alway put her patients first. She is a great communicator and thorough doctor who saved my life. Thankfully I am on the road to recovery thanks to you Natalie. Saw Dr Mridula Bengre for a referral, 5 mins appointment, maximum 10, waited for half an hour even I made the booking online, then I had to take my little one to toilet, I then missed my turn. To which, they kept saying they tried to call me but I missed it, as if it was my fault, completely dismissing my half an hour wait before. I waited another 20 minutes for my turn, that part I didn’t even want to mention, it wasn’t their fault that I had to duck out. But when I mentioned the wait time, and patient’s time needs to be respected too, Dr Bengre passive aggressively apologised for being busy doing her work! Then not to mention there is a gap fee for it. It feels that they take both online and walk in appointments to make the most out of their time, being money hungry and disrespecting patients’ time.

My other family member also had similar waiting time despite booking online prior.

To be fair, not all the doctors are like this in this clinic, I usually see Dr Yuan Wang, she is very considerate and gentle, if it is a quick appointment, she would even waive gap payment. I just needed to get a referral asap though, Dr Wang is usually quite busy and appointment needs to be made at least a week prior.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the misfortune of seeing Dr Natalie who in my opinion should not be a doctor! Her behaviour towards me was disgusting and insisitive to the matter I brought forward.

She was very dismissive, rude and quite abrupt there is no excuse for this type of behaviour especially in the medical profession. To treat a victim of DV the way she did was just disgraceful and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and no heard. What a disgrace of a human. I will never go back to this clinic simply for them allowing such a doctor to be employed there.

I have been attending this Medical Practice for the past 18months. I have experienced nothing but courtesy, kindness and professionalism hence me returning time and time again. I was able to get a telehealth appt right away to get a prescription refill. Dr Natalie has been my Dr for over 10 years. She really cares about her patients.

My father-in-law needs to have his blood checked weekly to manage his medication. Recently, we went to this clinic for a blood draw, but when we went back for the results, we were told that the sample was lost and that we need to have it drawn again. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. Being told that the sample was lost felt like losing a package from Amazon. Honestly, I've never lost a package with Amazon, so I can't imagine being so careless with a medical sample. The service attitude was very cold. I can't believe that these are supposed to be healthcare professionals taking care of our community and the elderly's health. What makes me even angrier is that this is not the first time we've had issues with blood tests at this clinic. Shouldn't the clinic's management and owners reflect on whether they care about more than just making money and receiving government healthcare payments? Do they have any basic empathy and compassion for patients and the elderly? I will continue to file complaints about this issue until the relevant authorities intervene and provide us with an explanation.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, seen a few doctors who were all good, waiting time wasn’t too bad, expected longer.
Physio is great! Highly recommend
