In the days when we buy most of the everyday items online it’s so refreshing when you feel cared for ..! From the moment I put my foot through the door of this pharmacy I was greeted with kindness directed to the right area. Not just left to my own devices.

James expressed his concern about my condition and explained the importance of the situation before bringing back my medication. Knowing of my condition, he administered the medicine and made me wait observing any possible symptoms.

Everything went well and I was able to leave. Before leaving though he went over all the options and suggested for me to contact him in case of any adverse reactions.

I never received this kind of service.

If you want to feel safe and cared for this is the place you need to go to. Highly recommended.

Never make reviews on a pharmacy but i love this place. James always looks after me and always informs me when stock is running low and makes everything seamless. Check them out if your around west end.

Apart from having a brilliant range of pharmacy and related healthcare products, the team at WholeLife Pharmacy provide exceptional service and professional healthcare advice. I’ve not found a pharmacy that takes a genuine interest in your care, and spends the time to explain pharmaceutical options and safety advice like these guys. We are very lucky to have James and the team here in West End.

Order something for local pickup they say is in stock for them to just refund it straight away without reason. So now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund before can order elsewhere. Do not order online from these guys this is not good enough service.

James is one of the kindest people I’ve met working at a shop like this. He is so understanding, thoughtful, and willing to help. The whole staff here is really wonderful as well. One of my favorite spots in west end ❤️

I travel from Clayfield to West End because the level of care from James, Pharmacist Extraordinaire is second to none. James' care of me over a number of years has been & continues to be of such a high level that now I've gone full on stealth stalker & I won't leave. I want the owner to know that James is absolutely amazing & I thank him for his profound knowledge of medications. He checks drug interactions at the drop of a hat for me & on top of all this he is kind & gives me his undivided attention. Whatever you pay the guy - triple it.
