Today, my GP asked me to get a scan done urgently, but I couldn’t find any place to book me in straight away. A friend suggested I try CRT in Southport, and I’m so glad I did! The receptionist was incredibly friendly, understood the urgency of my situation, and booked me in immediately.

The staff were professional and welcoming, making the whole experience stress-free. I was even more impressed when my report was sent to my GP within two hours!

Easy to find building. Reception friendly & efficient. The guy setting the ultrasound gave advice as to what would happen during the cortisone injection procedure & what to do after. The Doctor that gave the injection also informed me of what the procedure entailed. Understood what he was saying in non medical terms. Was impressed with all staff at CRT that I saw.

The staff were so kind, caring, patient and funny. I felt so at ease going through my first contrast mammogram and ultrasound. The level of care, service and attention to detail really impressed me. Best choice I made to go to this medical practice. I had the pleasure of meeting Sue, at front desk, who was so helpful and was super efficient. The ladies that worked on the hi tech were very professional and informative about what was happening. John provided the last treatment. He was very confident in his skills which made me feel at ease and that I was having treatment with a very careful chosen professional. This scanning facility will be my go to for all imaging going forward.

The admin staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The Sonographer John was not only incredibly thorough at performing our scan, he explained everything in detail and gave us the reassurance that we needed. I highly recommend CRT Imaging- thank you for the wonderful service.
