I had an appointment scheduled for 9am, which I was here five minutes early for. The appointment before ran a little overtime which was normal and expected. When the man in the room was finished his wife ands Kids walked into the doctors and straight into that room stating he had a ‚long appointment‘ however that couldn’t be the case because my appointment should have already started. When they went in there and took a further twenty minutes off my appointment I had an anxiety attack because I am struggling with severe eczema and I was in so much pain waiting even longer to get my prescription was extremely overwhelming and stress inducing it was completely unfair and wrong.

I feel that I can talk to the doctors here and I’m actually listened to unlike some places, everyone is friendly, the receptionists are super helpful, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 👍
