Modest sized store, reasonably stocked, usually have to wait to get a full service lane though. A lot of times no lanes are open which is annoying. Good location but parking is tight and nearly always close to full. I usually go to the furthest parking spots on the lowest floor.

It’s a bit old and beat up inside but the food is fresh and you have a modest but sufficient selection. It doesn’t feel too crowded or busy inside but parking is a bit difficult for larger vehicles or those in small vehicles parking next large vehicles.

Terrible supermarket. Range of gluten free food is almost non-existent, showing they just don’t care. Despite being 3 minutes from my house, I can’t shop there.

Bought apples and while they looked good, the inside was all bruised so you couldn't t eat them.
That was the 3e time so now I thought I mention it at the store. The reply was ...we will take it to our supplier.....I then went to Ashgrove to buy apples. They where very helpful.
Apperently I should have gotten the apples and money back. Does the staff know that?

This has been my local Woolies since 1992 - it's always been small, but it's getting smaller and smaller and depressing to enter. Maybe it should be rebranded as a Metro. The Macro section has reduced by half, and I was surprised recently to find there are two choices in cling wrap.

Clearly staff are over the vibe in the place. I asked an older staff member today about gluten free puddings.... she couldn't be bothered looking into it for me and told me to check with the bakery. These are the puddings made off-site, in packaging, and kept on the shelf. She just couldn't be bothered helping and wanted to keep beeping shelves.

Absolutely appalling car park. Bad construction and very POOR signage cost me a rear wind. Avoid this place at all costs.

WORST WOOLWORTHS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!
Most staff members are incredible lazy, on their phones and smoke out the front of the store. The store in almost always understocked and doesn't stock many of the items I would often get, not to mention the messy stacking on the shelves and missing price stickers

The carpark is very poorly designed. Up the top its very cramped and always blocked up with cars. While the clearance on the carpark underneath is far too low. You are better of parking on the street.

Today when I went at 5pm they had stock everywhere making it hard to get around the store. (see photos attached).
On a previous occasion all the special stickers had been taken down early on a Tuesday afternoon making it impossible to know what pricing the items were without googling, which if you have Optus or Vodaphone gets you 1 bar of 3g in store.

If I have time I much prefer to travel an extra 5 or 10 minutes to go to the Ashgrove or Kelvin grove Woolworths. Worst part about an otherwise loveable suburb. Needs an immediate change in management!

Doesn't always have everything you need but good for most things 3/4 size shop and can be very busy at times.
