I went to Metro Health Clinic for the first time today. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Anna the nurse was so efficient and actually took my blood pressure weight and height. Very helpful and efficient again.
The doctor was thougher with my skin check.
The experience went smoothly and I would recommend this clinic.

A very positive experience at Metro Health Centre. My first time at this Health Centre and I was very impressed with how efficient it is, how welcoming with friendly staff and Dr. Unnikrishnan exactly the type of General Practitioner I was looking for after my previous GP of 45 years, retired.

Seems everyone who has had the displeasure of being seen by Sherif Andraos, have had my exact experience. That man is rude & dismissive. I will never see that unprofessional man again. The owners need to retire him, because he won't change. The Nurses & receptionist were happy & friendly, otherwise Dr gets, -10

My recent visit to Metro Health Centre was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr Sav conducted all preliminary checks in a highly professional manner, all my concerns were given a patient hearing and required tests arranged with no hassles at all. All my health issues were noted and reviews and follow ups done in an utmost professional manner. I would highly recommend and refer the clinic services to all my close family and friends as your mind is completely at rest being a patient of Metro Health Centre as your health will become their priority. Thank you team for the care and attention offered to me and everyone who visits the clinic🙏🏽

I have been going to the Metro Health Centre Biggera Waters to see Dr Sav for quite a few years now.
I have never had to wait too long the reception staff and nurses are fantastic and really care about each patient.
My Doctor always has time to talk to me about everything that is happening in my life, she’s an excellent doctor very efficient and very caring.
I would highly recommend Dr Sav.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else on the Gold Coast.

Disgusting GP! I have never experienced a more hostile GP in my life. First and last time I will go here.

I met the GP, a older Indian man. No hello, nothing. I sat down and he just stared at me. Said nothing. I then explained why I was there. He said nothing, just stared at me. I waited for a response. Nothing. I then continued, asking if he could help me with my Veterans paperwork. He eventually spoke and said NO. He said he would not help me unless he had known me over a period of 6 or more months. I brought all my paperwork about my Army accepted injuries, everything. He didn't even look at them. He asked me why don't I just go back to my old GP. I told him I just moved here and my old GP is 45minutes away. He said I should just go back to them. I walked out. I couldn't believe the rudeness and hostility.

While I was there the older wan receptions was extremely rude to another older couple that had just walked in.

If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. Do not go here
