The staff are lovely but 'the fresh food people' they are not. The fruit and veg section is always lacking and what produce is there, is often mouldy or damaged. Worth a trip to Ashgrove Fresh Fruit Market around the corner.

It's Woolworths. It's just a normal big Australian supermarket. It's always clean, and it's usually tidy. But it's noisy and overwhelming at times.

They play Woolworths Radio all the time which is too loud and always trying to sell me something or tell me that Woolworths' number one priority is my safety. Which it clearly isn't.

The cold store units are loud and some of them are rattley in the loud way that industrial fridges can be.

The loud speakers are awful and distorted when they are making staff announcements. It sounds like they haven't upgraded them since I worked there in the 90's!

That said, there is a lovely older woman who often works in the self service checkout area who is extraordinarily friendly and helpful and genuinely seems happy to see people as the come through. It's always a delight to say hello to her when I'm using the tills.

Click and collect is dreadful. No one has a clue what's going on, often orders mixed up, large amounts of items missing. Try and call on return home to see if possible to pick up missing items, no response.

Eventually get through to someone, come back to collect missing items.... Get home, still missing items 🤦

Woolworths no longer lets you take cash out without a purchase. Extremely rude staff at service desk with a lot of eye rolling, I hope they had the day they deserve.

Huge store. Looks like unhealthy foods are given lots of space. At the entry to the right were loads of sweets on display. Would be nice to have more checkouts open.
