It's all fantastic at Coles even though I'm a woollies girl, this shop is neat and easy to find what you need, ppls working there lovely so far.
Parking is crappy, very much so, need more space. Hazardous retainer walls.

Love this place 😍 easy to get to from the city, easy parking and no going through a mall to get to it, although it is a small store it still had choice . The staff I spoke to were great , helpful and we shared a joke, it's better than walking 600m to the one in Adelaide st in the city .

Worst customer service (more like luck of it) ever! Very rude self serve cashier staff. Instead of explaining & helping me with the repeated error messages on the cashier screen, she kept questioning me "why did you blah blah blah?" & irritatingly stared at me. Also in between she kept chatting with another customer showing her back on me as if she was annoyed at me about disrupting her chit-chat. I tried to support a local store but I'll never shop there again.

One of your workers made my entire freaking day because all the coles Id been to were out of stock of my fave ribs and he went in the back and looked for a long time for me and came out and had them and honestly it was amazing I’d been craving them all day, thank god he went in the back because the newmarket coles staff didn’t for me 🥲 Ashgrove supremacy 😤 I asked his name, it started with an F I think but I cant remember it exactly now! He was a young guy stocking produce around 5:30pm, dark hair, and a freaking legend! He was so happy to help, what a star, ribs tasted good too 🤙🏼

I went to this store to get cash out and the worker had a problem with me for some reason and kept telling me why I can’t get cash out. She had a really bad attitude so I walked out and went to woolworths and it was the complete opposite. They were actually friendly and helpful.

Love having multiple grocery stores in close walking distance to each other, because most of the time, if one store is out of something, one of the other stores, (3 main grocery stores in total) will have the said item that's needed 😁

3 times I have now purchased something that is off. And I don’t go there a lot as a result. I never purchase meat but thought that cheese would be an ok bet. Not so. The Brie I just bought was bright yellow when Brie should be pale in colour.
It smelled like ammonia.
Never again Cole’s Ashgrove- you bring shame to the brand. Honestly.
