Always excellent customer service when i visit my local KMART store in TOOWONG. Located within Toowong village shopping mall. Reasonable collection of household items, clothing and related accessories, kids toys, fashion makeup accessories, home decor and many more. The collection of shoes could have been better.

Really RUDE door lady at 12:10pm today. I don’t know what her issue is. She’s MORE than enough reason for me to never return to the store.
My elderly mother needed a trolley to go shopping into Kmart and she wouldn’t let me bring one to her. If you want customers, I’d advise hiring someone NICER.
I know this Kmart is a permanent SKIP now, I’ll be telling everyone to avoid

I know Kmart isn't the fancy store, but do they seriously think that this is appropriate to have displayed in the store an expected anyone to buy their products when they dont even bother to remove them when they look like this?

Month of visit: July, August 2023

I described Kmart as a one-stop shopping place! it has everything like literally everything you need from households equipment, clothes, makeup, candies, books, stationery, babies stuffs, outdoor equipment etc!

This is a must go place for new students in Australia! Cute stuffs and affordable of course.

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service – ZERO STARS

If I could give negative stars, I would. I called Toowong Kmart for a simple inquiry, and after waiting on hold for 25 MINUTES, they hung up on me without even saying a word. No greeting, no apology—just pure incompetence. This is beyond unacceptable. How hard is it to answer the phone properly? If this is how they treat customers over the phone, I can only imagine the disaster that is their in-store service. Kmart Toowong, get your act together. This level of service is an absolute joke.

Click & Collect still is in its worse system. 4 years ago when we did our first C&C shop from here they had packed us x3 from each item.
Last year, they brought us 3 of 6 and we asked them one by to pick up again.
Today again, they gave me only 2 of 5. He just reviewed again when I told are you sure is that all. Still by telling this we had 1 left again. And he then realized that item was not available.
Based on my experience from click and collect this happens when the worker picks up only the first item he sees and donkt cross check with system if he has picked all or not.

When I see the same problem even after 4 years, means no progress during these years.
