Just came in here today. The Nan on the counter I didn’t catch your name. I’ve been looking for a certain razor for weeks now and haven’t had any luck. He suggested the shaver shop too me…. I didn’t even think of going here. Thank you they have it in stock. Very helpful, great customer service. Greatly appreaciated.

Recently started frequenting this pharmacy, generally minimal issues except that my prescription medication box is sometimes crumpled/squashed. In my most recent visit however, they did not have one of my prescription medications in stock. All I was told was that they don’t have it. It would have been helpful to offer to tell me it might come in at the end of the month etc, and enquire if I would like them to call me when it comes it. I felt that the customer service could be better as I felt dismissed.

I am a very regular customer at West End Discount Drug Store and I use their app to order my meds. The response time for the order being ready can vary significantly. Sometimes it only takes 20 minutes other times it can take hours. One time I went in a couple of hours after submitting my order and they told me it would be done next. I took a seat and proceeded to watch quite a few people come in submit their scripts and then pick them up before mine was ready… when I approached them about my order they still hadn’t done it as it go misplaced so I had to wait for them again. Another time they gave me the wrong strength of my meds but the next time they gave me my meds for free instead. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and they do have a good range of products.

I have been coming here regularly for the past 1-2 years and the service always stands out! The staff are very friendly, Sal in particular is excellent and always willing to help find items. Medications are also dispensed quickly. Overall, really recommend this pharmacy!
