I absolutely adore this Woolworths! Their staffs are consistently friendly and patient, and I always receive satisfactory delivery or pickup orders.

I just visited today and went to the deli and went to get a half a chicken. After already getting a half a chicken that was there stolen from me and there was only a quarter and a full chicken left.

I asked the lady with glass's to cut the chicken in half. She said no the machine was broken and has been for a long time.

I do not believe her given there was already a quarter of chicken and a half of chicken there I think this overweight lady did not want to do her job.

Otherwise, how do you get your cut chicken by carrier pigeon seriously what a load of rubbish.

You need to do better.

Fresh deli chicken breast and drumsticks had DEAD flies on them. When I informed worker he wasn’t too fazed about it and was hesitant to offer me fresh chicken out of a new box

Often, it is hard to find products, even when you know which aisle it is in (from using the Woolworths app). Would be useful to have more detail, such as which side, which shelf etc. Also some "aisles" in the app (such as Dairy) aren't clearly defined in store, and the bakery has dairy products on all sides. Some staff members have access to a system that can tell them exactly where a product should be and whether it is in stock. Can you make that available to customers?

Very helpless staff. When trying to link my everyday rewards the cashier changed the screen and it took the payment immediately. When I complained they told me it was nothing to do about it.
