Avoid Montrose at all costs. We disengaged from their services for our 2 year old child. They gained payment from the NDIS for services not received and refuse to refund. They then submitted further demands for payment of invoices months after services ceased and will not provide details or invoices. They have taken money from a 2 year olds therapy budget and are not willing to communicate. I wish I never used them and I had to make a complaint about to the NDIS to try and get refunded. I would definitely NOT recommend Montrose in any capacity.

Hi I rung up to cancel a speech appointment at northcott on the Gold Coast and spoke to Nathan Heng, who was a customer service consultant based in Brisbane, and his attitude and the way he spoke was not professional and I’m not going to be spoken to like a piece of rubbish from someone that is supposed to be in customer service

Montrose has a Respite facility on the Gold Coast. It's very luxurious, it looks and feels like a palace! It's a holiday home for people with disability to enjoy a good time and to be make life long friends.
