Kept wondering what I could have said to warrant the receptionists attitude, she needs to reevaluate if the job is right for her. Might be happier in another , I sure decided from a single phone call that I will be taking the next part of the referral elsewhere.

The Receptionist is so rude and unfriendly. They dont acknowledge patients waiting at the counter. Even when I rang for appointments, She was so blunt , rude and talking down to us. I will never go there again. Please check all the people on the Labrador community pages who also feel the same and have been treated the same by their Receptionist. It's disgusting. She should not be working with sick people . A very unhealthy attitude towards patient's. Her superior attitude about herself is disgusting. I stood at the reception counter for 15 minutes. She looked straight thru us. Never acknowledge us. if that's what the Receptionist is like , then I'm concerned about out quality of care. I wouldn't take a sick dog there with their counter staff. Absolutely no respect

I was quite nervous about coming here. Naturally if you’ve been referred to a heart specialist you’d probably have some concerns..
I had 3 different appointments here and all went well. Shout out to Nathan and Josh (really hoping I’ve remembered their names correctly) as I felt completely comfortable during the stress test. My appointments were pretty much on time or not much of a wait. The doctor I saw there explained things clearly so I could easily understand what was going on with me.
Most of the reception staff were very friendly and lovely to deal with.

The staff & Drs are Great very helpful Dr Jadder is very knowledgeable & efficient very reassuring would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic most tests are done on site & bulk billed you know your going to be treated well by everyone

Extremely rude older receptionist!!!.
She needs to find a new job, I also work in the Health Industry & would never dream of talking to someone the way she talk to me!!!!!
I was due to have a follow up appointment with this practice.
This appointment was made after my last visit 1 year ago in advance and naturally assumed it would be part of my last referral. At no stage throughout this whole process was I ever told I needed a NEW referral to come back. Yes,I was sent a text message saying all referrals should be current., but none to advise that mine was NOT!!
I will not be back or ever refer people here again.
