very unpleasant experience at Terry White pharmacist West End. Me and my friends were browsing the store and trying the tester products, I then tried a dry shampoo which had its lid off and was half used as is, I presumed this was also a tester and then proceeded to sample it, we were then approached by a a pharmacy attendant who then made me buy the product because it was apparently not a tester even though it wasn’t sealed and has obviously been used. She was very rude and I felt unfairly coerced into purchasing the product. I feel as though I was taken advantage of as a minor by an extremely unsympathetic and unhappy team member. I would appreciate a response and apology.

I dropped by when walking past on the odd chance I could get a script filled for a medication I require for my diabetes. Macey was outstanding and obtained it and then held it for until I could return the following day to collect it. She really went above and beyond and I’m incredibly thankful for her help.

DON'T GO THERE FOR INSTORE PICKUP. LOST PARCELS.

On Dec 23rd and Dec 30th after several calls to Aramex (courrier) and to the other Terry White in the area, employees pretended they never received my parcel for which the tracker indicates receives and signed on Dec 22nd. I wasted hours and hours trying to find a parcel that Terry White Kmart West End employee, a 30yo blond Caucasian lady, extremely condescending pretended her store never received despite clear tracking records confirming otherwise. Eventually after 8 days searching and getting frustrated, that same lady took out my parcel from behind the desk and eventually gave it to me. TROUBLE MAKING AND TIME WASTING experience with a patronizing horrendous customer service.

Best Chemist I have been to. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and well informed. They are always able to assist me with any medical concerns or challenges I have - between getting proper supplies and picking out items that are best for me and my family. They make ordering in proper supplies easy and quick. Love that they are here!! 🙂

Wonderful pharmacy. Phuong quite literally saved us from being stranded overseas when my partner lost his phone and therefore proof of vaccination. She was so understanding and went into their records and was able to email us the vaccination records. We cannot thank you enough, Phuong.

1 star for flu jab experience, nurse immuniser myself came here for a flu shot and for my partner, both arms hurted a lot which never happened before, 2 stars for clean place tho, but jabed too high for a deltoid IM injection, pharmcist need to improve skills.
