I Am Writing To Express My Disappointed With On The Road Care(O.T.R.C.).My Children And I Have Been With O.T.R.C For Quite Some Time, And Our Experience Has Been Marked By Significant Challenges That Ultimately Hindered The Support We Were Promised.

Firstly, I Found The Organisation To Be Quite Disorganised, Particularly In Their Communication And Rostering.Despite Their Promises About Having Systems In Place To Facilitate Smoother Scheduling For NDIS Participants, We Faced Constant Last-minute Changes That Shattered Our Routines And Created Unnecessary Stress For My Family.

The Most Painful Aspect Has Been The Inconsistency Of Support. We Struggled With Frequent Staff Changes,And That Lack Of Reliability Was Incredibly Disheartening,Especially During Times When My Children And I Needed Help The Most.I Felt As Though I Was Fighting An Uphill Battle To Establish A Stable Routine For My Children In An Environment That Should Have Been Supportive.

While A Few Staff Members Genuinely Cared And Made Commendable Efforts To Help Us,Many Others Seemed Overwhelmed And Unable To Stay With O.T.R.C. The High Turnover Rate Not only Affected The Quality Of Care But Also Made It Difficult To Form Meaningful Connections,It Hurts To Think About The People who Were Supposed To Support Us Were Often Struggling Themselves Due To Management Issues.

If You Are Considering O.T.R.C For Yourself Or Your Family's Needs,I Urge You To Think Carefully. Certain Management Seems To Lack A True Understanding Of The Unique Requirements Of NDIS Participants, Which Ultimately Affect The Quality Of Care Provided. Our Experience Has Lead Me To Believe That There Are Better Options Available That Prioritise The Well-being Of Both Clients And Employees.

In My Opinion, On The Road Care Seems More Focused On Financial Gain Than On Genuine Care And Dedication To Their Clients.
The Emphasis On Profit Over The Well-being Of Both Clients And Employees Is Evident, And Numerous Broken Promises Were Made During Our Time With Them.Many Employees Have Also Mentioned That There Are Better Job opportunities Elsewhere, I Am Greatful That Our Parting Happened Sooner Rather Than Later,As It Has Allowed Me To Move Forward And Seek Better Support For My Family.

I cannot express how fabulous these Suport Workers are. They go above and beyond to get my suport, just the way I want it. The administrative team are so good at communicating with us and everyone is kind and lovely. The workers genuinely love their jobs and want the best for their clients. On The Road Care (OTRC) has been our provider for over eight months now. Their hands on approach to obtaining exactly our requirements and their communication skills have made this a smooth and easy transition from a client perspective. They are a credit to professionalism and dedicated to their client’s.
Since we have had On The Road Care assist us at home, I have felt a weight lifted from my shoulders as my wife’s carer/partner. The way OTRC provides services and staff to us in particular have been the best by far that we have ever had. Having dealt with more than half a dozen different providers over the past 3 to 4 years and dealing with over 30 different disability support workers during that time, they truly have identified there is a great need/gap within the Disability Support Services for quality care, reliable service, tailored to an individual needs. Without hesitation I would recommend On The Road Care to friends and family.
