I wouldn’t go to this medical centre anymore. The receptionist doesn’t even have a polite tone when responding to patients’ complaints, even when it’s clearly their mistake. It’s a shame I have my regular doctor there Dr. Chung Aung he’s very polite, friendly and does his services above and beyond.

I made a phone appointment at this centre two weeks ago, and a man answered. I clearly said I wanted to book a COVID booster for my husband at 1:30. He told me 1:30 was available and asked which doctor my husband sees. I replied that he could book with anyone. He spoke so fast, like he was in a hurry, and didn’t even confirm what the appointment was for!

When my husband arrived, they told him they don’t do COVID boosters. So why on earth did they book the appointment? And they probably charged Medicare for it too!

They’re very tricky—I don’t even know why I booked with them again when we had a similar issue last time.

After my husband came home without the COVID booster, I had to call them back. Hannah answered, and at first, I was fine with her explanation that they haven’t done COVID boosters for years and that pharmacies handle them now. But then she told me I needed to specify which booster I wanted. I told her I had clearly said “COVID booster,” but she made me feel stupid by pointing out that they do many different boosters.

The whole experience was frustrating and completely avoidable if the receptionist had just done their job properly in the first place.

I've been a patient at this GP practice for a while, and I have to say, the experience has been outstanding. Josh at reception goes above and beyond in every interaction—his competence and professionalism are unmatched. Honestly, a new job title should be created just to reflect the level of service he provides! Professional Patient Persevere? Make it happen!

As for Dr. Cartwright, his knowledge and expertise are truly impressive. He’s got the wisdom of someone with decades of experience, so much so that I often think he should have grey hair to match! I always feel confident and well-cared for in his hands. Plus, he puts up with my non-sense, smiles. Highly recommend this practice!

Don't go to Dr Sabahatin Matin. She was so unfriendly and unhelpful. She showed no understanding to my condition and asked about my background which seemed to influence her treatment of me afterwards. She needs to do a course on people skills!

I had my appointment with "Dr" Christian E. This appointment would have to be the worst visit ever. When I told him about my concerns he just fobbed me off, He didn't do any tests, he was very abrupt, extremely rude and didnt want to listen to the question's I was asking, he didn't even ask about family history. He tried to prescribed the wrong medication until i pulled him up on it and said thats wrong. The consultation was over within 2 minutes and seemed that he was trying to push me out the door... I now have to go to a real doctor. If you don't like being a doctor anymore, maybe you should consider a new career.
