Dr Kelly absolutely amazing followed up with ph call the next day. Saw a female doctor today also amazing sent me straight to gc private hospital for a bulk billed ct scan on a Sunday too beats waiting in Ed for 6hrs highly recommend if you have any medical issues that don't require emergency care.

Worst doctors practise ever…the hours on goggle state they are open from 5am-8am then reopen from 6pm till midnight..
I’ve been to this practise Monday 25thand Tuesday 26th November in the morning and the practise has not been open at all..what a joke..if they can’t keep up with their trading hours..maybe employ more staff or cease trading if your unable to meet customers needs. The receptionist have little to no customer service and struggle to do the basic of their roles.

This place is not an after hours service!!
It’s an absolute shot hole!!
So don’t waste your time in an emergency like myself.
After getting directed there, I get sorry we’re closed go to the hospital.
There's a piece of paper on the door. 😬 ok awesome.
Maybe take your sign down at the front? If you close at 8.30pm. Might help others just saying!!
Absolutely useless service.

Dr Milneck takes the time to listen to your problem and get to the root of the issue. He doesn’t just give you a quick fix solution. Dr Milneck even followed-up via phone call the next day to check in. 10/10 service 👍

Receptionist was lovely and waited under an hour.

The doctor however was determined to make a visual diagnosis on my 3 year old child and after concluding that he couldn't figure out why he had fevers would continue examining again which distressed my child.

I insisted for a referral for pathology to get swabs but he declined and insisted I went to emergency.

Felt like a big waste of time and clogging up the emergency system with a child who was not extremely unwell but did need further investigation which could have been completed with a referral.

Very frustrating service.

I called up the receptionist on Saturday night and advised I was in a great deal of discomfort because of my blocked ears and said I want to come and get them checked but I also might need them irrigated and asked if that’s something they could do. She advised the doctor would be able to do that but it’s about an hours wait. My partner and I sat in the waiting room for an hour and when I was finally seen and gave the lady doctor on that night my concerns, she told me she will not treat me and that she only treats people in pain. She said she has been in clinic all day and does not have time for people like me. I expressed the discomfort and pain and I was in and said we asked reception and have been waiting an hour. She said she can check my ears if I like but she still doesn’t think I am worth the care. I left the practice in a hurry and went to my normal GP on Monday morning. Turns out I did have an ear infection that could have started being treated on Saturday night if the doctor had not thought I was wasting her time.

Do Not Recommend at all, I was originally at the hospital but thought to come here for less waiting time and not as urgent as others. The doctor could care lee. It is the old male doctor who is no caring whatsoever and just mumbles, doesn’t explain and has no patience

Staff were great! We didn't have to wait long. Women at reception were kind and professional. The Doctor, I didn't grab his name but was so great with our son and very personable.
