Couldn't ask for a better Aged Care Centre.
Friendly and highly experienced staff. Their cleanliness surpasses any other Aged Care Centre we have visited. Highly recommend if you have aged parents and wondering which is the best place for them to be looked after. Trust me from experience this one of the best. Oh I forgot the Nurses!! They are all terrific people!

A lovely older style home that offers fantastic clinical care to all residents. The management and staff truly love and care for all their residents ensuring that all their needs are not only met but exceeded on a daily basis.
I would recommend this home to anyone who wants their family member to become a part of Opal Leamington’s extended family.

We looked for a while for respite care for my Dad, most places didn't bother answering our enquiries.

Admin staff were outstanding in helping meet our shorter than usual respite stay and helped with the paper work.

Dad was in the secure dementia section and we found it more relaxed than the other sections we walked through.

Dad was well cared for and staff showed genuine compassionate and caring even when they weren't aware that we were there.

It's taken a while to write this review as Dad sadly died (of natural causes) whilst in another period of respite whilst here. Again during this time staff were always checking on Dad and us and were treating him with respect and dignity until the end.

The after death experience wasn't super to be honest, we didn't really know what to do and whilst the staff on duty helped as best they could it felt like they could do with a leaflet or something to explain what needed to be done immediately after he died.

That being said Dad's care was always exemplary, you hear much about bad aged care establishments, this is NOT one of those. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for caring and compassionate aged care facility with super helpful admin too.

Beautiful facility...it maybe older looking but the caring staff make up for that.
So if you are looking for a forever home for yourself or loved one's, you will not be disappointed. This is the best care facility you'll find.

For the most part there are some good dedicated nursing staff and carers.
The worst part is the administration of the home, also the administration located interstate. The focus is on maximising profit to the detriment of the people in there care.
Overall, a star rating of 1, due to the nasty business culture.

Clinical care is exceptional, and the staff treat the residents like family.
