When I first started out at MAX Toowong, I was so happy with the services there. I had wonderful, helpful staff trying to work with me to get me work, and they understood my limitations. That soon changed, however. The latest worker assigned to me was rude and did not care about the disabilities of his clients (which is... not really okay in a place that caters specifically to finding jobs for people with disabilities). He refused to listen to me, and treated me like an idiot. He also didn't ever have the time to see me (even though he would make me come to weekly mandatory meetings). All in all, he caused me more stress, demerits, and useless trips than any of the other workers I've had assigned to me.
It really is a shame, because the people who used to work there really were wonderful. As it is now however, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have had Jodie help me with multiple things since being a part of max employment she is always in a good mood and an easy going person to talk to. Out of all the all the job provider agencies and workers over a long period of time Jodie has gone above and beyond to help

A problem at max employments end caused me to need an appointment with them. A call was made to me by a trainee who booked a phone appointment from between 9:00-10:00 the following day. I did not receive a call. I got a phone message saying I failed to attend an appointment. I go onto myGov. Says I had a face to face appointment for 2:00pm that I didn't attend. I've spent two days on phone hold with no one answering and their email address is not receiving my attempts at contact to rectify max employments errors.

Someone needs to get in contact with me immediately.
