WARNING. Have been going here for 15 years, always felt like I was just a product in a factory, no personal connection or sense of caring from any doctor, but it ticked along, nurses were OK and you get the procedure. This year to book in for my medical has been a debacle from the beginning, constant calls, emails, attachments that all had the same contents, nurses calling me 1 day prior to arrangement appointment, rescheduled my procedure a few days out, no confirmation ever sent and then when I requested it they sent wrong attachments. Receptionist was rude and talked over me repeatedly when I tried to tell her the issues of missing information and no new preparation schedule for my new appointment that contains vial dates and timings and never provided with the information on what to purchase from the chemist for procedure preparation solutions. I've never experienced such a complete and comprehensive balls up anywhere from any other business in every sector - nurse admin, receptionist and hospital admin. If things are this bad in the admin and this is now the workplace culture there I'm scared to put my life and trust in the medical professionals.
