I broke my ankle five months ago and I started seeing Stefanie due to the restricted movement with my ankle. I have had improvement with the range of movement since seeing Stefanie. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and makes you feel very comfortable through the process. 12 months ago, I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and was in a lot of pain. I was given an 18 month to 2 year time frame by doctors to get my full
movement back into my arm. Physio did not make any difference and I immediately looked for an alternative therapy method to help me reduce the pain as well as reducing the amount of time to recover. After lots of searching online, I felt that Stefanie might be the right fit for me and I reached out to her to see if she thought she could help me. She was positive from the get go and I have been so happy that she is now in my life. Initially, Stefanie treated me with the gentleness that she knew that I needed it, and the improvement in my condition started immediately. Within a few short months I had a great amount of my movement back, and much less pain. I have just had surgery on the same shoulder when it became obvious that there was an underlying problem that needed to be fixed. I will be returning to see Stefanie in a couple of weeks , and I have total faith in her ability to give me the best opportunity for a full and speedy recovery. I now consider Stefanie not only my myotherapist, but also my friend.

Stefanie manages my scoliosis and various other alignments for several years now. She has an incredible understanding of a human body mechanics and on top of it, she is just beautiful human! Practice is clean and neat. She is pedantic with appointments. I recommend Stefani to my friends and family. If possible, I would give her 10/10!
