Ordered a Folding walking frame with wheels and sliders.

The frame and one other item were in store and had my name placed on them and held out the back while the last item arrived.

After waiting some weeks for the last item, I attended the store to check on the progress of the order, I was shown the two items with name tag ready to go, told that just one last item to still to arrive.

2 weeks later, after receiving a email that the last item had arrived, I arrived in store to be told by Store manager they had no stock waiting under my name nor any knowledge of my order.
That the order "Might" be in a male staff members "personal storage area" which she could not touch.
I have never dealt with a male employee at this location.

Completely absurd to have customer orders in staffs personal storage. Let alone a staff member that has no history with the order.

Unprofessional as you could get.
