I have trained at Fita U for 5+ years. Having trained at other gyms, Fita U was a refreshing find, just when I needed it - starting here in my late 30’s. I have enjoyed the structured strength training in a small group environment. The mix of mobility, strength and cardio has kept me motivated and training with the lovely community of people who train here makes the time fly by. Ash is a fantastic Coach and he and his excellent team of coaches are all dedicated to building a safe, encouraging and challenging experience for all clients. I highly recommend Fita U and I’m very thankful that I discovered this gym.

Right from the beginning I found Ash to be very approachable and easy to talk to about what I wanted to achieve in terms of physical strength. I came to FITA-U Performance Centre after chatting with Ash about my strength training requirement. I am a busy, "mature/older" professional who needed flexibility around work travel/meeting requirements. I have found the team to be extremely accommodating and understanding. The group strength sessions are so good - I have noticed a physical change in my shape, and as a added benefit you are guided with diet and the importance of protein (game changer). I intend to keep this up long term even if sometimes sporadically. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to FITA U Performance Centre for a number of years. After not having done any strength training since I was in my 20’s, I was looking for the right approach to get restarted to ensure I didn’t injure myself which I had done so in the past when doing it by myself.

The team of Coaches were excellent in ensuring I built up slowly and really focused on doing the basics correctly with a big emphasis on technique. I have also received a lot of help with my nutrition and lifestyle habits outside of the gym. Highly recommend these guys for small group personal training in Paddington.
