I had seen Sheb to help me quit smoking, so far I'm 3 sessions in and have been smoke free for over a week (previously a pack a day smoker). She made me feel really comfortable and relaxed, with sessions either in the office or my home via video call. I participated in Sheb's Business program for entrepreneurs. As a hypnotic skeptic, I was suspicious of the value she could offer. However, Sheb was able to provide valuable insights in mindfulness as a tool to assist you in focusing, limiting distractions, being vision and goal focused and more! You'll have to try the program to get the benefits! A program that really helps in getting your mind, thoughts and cluttered brain, back on track and on task. Well worth it.
