The most wonderful experience today at Icon cancer care , Tussi was so gentle and explained everything calmly .The anethatist was a lovely gentleman .Cannot thank them enough for my care .
As a first time with this procedure i was not sure what was going to happen but everybody had a smile and a gentle professional approach to reassure me .10/10.

After flying down from Gladstone to be with my wife during her second session of chemo - we were advised upon turning up at 7 o’clock this morning that there can be no accompanying partners due to COVID!!

Icon claim they sent a text early this week to tell people. Neither of our mobile phones received a text - any that interesting! The email we did receive earlier this week from Icon telling us that we were confirmed today did not mention that you could not have visitors either!!!

In the waiting room as we were checking in the other patients behind us and in front of us also didn’t know anything about this and were busily also texting their partners and support people to advise them not to turn up as well.

What a great effort from Icon! Fantastic support from Icon for people going through a fairly traumatic experience. Let’s hope they are able to administer the chemo better then they communicate!!

I have been having chemo since October 2016 and was stem cell harvested in February 2017. The nursing staff here are exceptional and so dedicated to their job it's hard to describe. The administration staff are super professional. My doctor is an amazing man who just never seems to stop working; it's no wonder he's on the Honour Roll at the Wesley Hospital. I cannot speak highly enough of the Icon Cancer Care facility.

The doctors , nurses, operating staff, surgeons, radiology departments, Heart Care and support staff in the hospital have been extremely caring and supportive. I wish to thank them all. For over two two years I have been treated and also wish to thank the friendly staff at Icon Cancer and especially my oncologist, who always has time for my many questions and for his continued support.
