Firstly, great receptionist. Very efficient. Clean rooms, great. And Dr Mon wow, caring, it's wrong if you get pushed into it you should your insurance shouldn't have to pay nothing you can do about efficient and helpful. Put me at ease immediately. Lovely experience.

WARNING about this place!! 🤬 Carrara family practice (used to be called new life medical centre)

Dr Luna used to be there, she has now sold and moved to broadbeach

Since the new owners took over I have attended this practice for a vit B infusion. The nurse later told me they tried to make her ring me days later to try charge me an extra $50 and apparently every patient is phoned to ‘make an extra payments’.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful, especially Adam in administration, who always makes sure everything runs smoothly. We feel very well taken care of by the whole team ❤️

Absolutely love this surgery! All the drs are really good and take their time to actually listen to you (which is hard to find). Dr Luna is our main Dr, she is hands down the best Dr I have ever seen. All the people who work there are lovely and very welcoming

I was after a doctor from my country who used to work there. I called a month in advance to make sure I had made the time to go see this doctor, asked to take the day off. I completed the relevant forms, sent them my medical history, payment details, etc and on the same day of the appointment I am told the doctor doesnpt work there anymore. I could have been informed this was the case way before that day. Waste of time and lack of communication.

Terrible service with unskilled GP, 5 recurring appointments (ultrasound, wound dressing) to get a splinter out then refused to attempt the small procedure referring us to the hospital. Would not recommend.

The Practice has definitely not the same since Dr Luna left. Not as friendly. Had the experience where a booked appointment was cancelled and I was not notified. They have not been very helpful so I have changed to another Medical Centre

Beautiful, clean, friendly environment..
Tv that you can hear, children’s toys to keep the little ones entertained 👌🏼
Kind staff that listen and awesome Drs who know your name, your not treated like a number, but rather family.
Dr Karl is the best Dr on the GC hands down.
