I went there yesterday 16 August 2021 to get my CRN number for Centrelink. I gave my passport and driving license both which clearly have my details and spelling. However, the staff who served me made multiple errors. My middle name and surname were both misspelled and in my address Wharf Road, “Road” was not recorded at all. Government employee and no attention to details. May be its time to replace the employee there. Absolutely Disgusting !!!

The local and act offices have been helpful and very friendly if you behave with manners that's what you get back. The people that work there don't make the law.
