RESET Reformer made me someone who wanted to exercise 5+ times per week! The classes are intimate with max 10 people so you feel like the instructors are actually paying attention to you and want to help you get the most out of your class safely. There is so much variety in class types there really is something for all abilities.
I started at RESET knowing no one (hello nerve wracking!) but instantly felt so welcomed by Trudy and the team and the vibe they cultivate is unmatched.
Going to the classes has helped me gain so much confidence in not only how my body looks but how it feels and functions too. I’ve also felt those post exercise endorphins for the first time ever! I don’t have enough words to express how much I love RESET and cannot recommend them enough (anyone I meet can attest that I don’t stop talking about it oops!) 5 stars isn’t enough!

I can't recommend this Pilates studio highly enough! Trudy, the owner, has created such a welcoming and positive environment. Every instructor here is fabulous—knowledgeable, supportive, and always encouraging you to push your limits while still focusing on proper form and technique.

The variety of class times is fantastic, making it easy to fit a session into any schedule. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, there’s something for everyone. Trudy and her team truly care about their clients, and you feel it in every class. I always leave feeling stronger, more energised, and eager to come back!

Had a great experience at the studio, the instructors are all so lovely. That was until my circumstances change and I chose not to renew my membership, due to pregnancy health and financial issues. Per their policy you are required to give 5 weeks notice prior to the end of your 3 month membership, to advise you are not renewing. I have received no response to any of my many emails and are now they are trying to charge me a $220 cancellation fee. My membership was not cancelled, I gave the required notice of my choice to not renew and have paid to the end of my contract. Have sent multiple emails and have had NO response, and they are still making attempts to take this $220 out of my account, without any explanation. The lack of response has cause much distress for this time of year. Very sad way to end my joyful time at the studio.

After having my hysterectomy, Doctors suggested Pilates to help with recovery journey and building my strength up around my abdomen and my pelvic floor - and they were so right!! Not only do I feel stronger and more confident with my new body, Pilates gives me such a happy and energised feeling.

The teachers bring different styles and experiences, providing motivation and variety to keep me coming back for more. The different classes, available both morning and afternoon, work different parts of my body and all set within an amazing setting.
