QML pathology at Wesley hospital ground level, we visit on 11 Apr 23 at 1pm there was sign said they return at 3pm. We came back at 3pm they said they not sure if the collection will be back they need to phone the nurse and at 10 min past 3 she turns up. She process the paperwork and take my daughter in. Her hand where shaking when she request signature on the paperwork. I was scared how she can hold the needle steady for the blood test. She attempt both arms on my daughter. With wiggling the needle in her both arms at that point of time I was boiling of anger, it was so unprofessional. Than she said she is new and that we may need to try QML upstairs. I asked why she did not let us know prior stabbing my daughter twice to go upstairs to do the blood. We went upstairs where we have advised that that lady was away couple of hours ago as well. What is your working hours QML where clearly said 8 to 4 pm? I guess 9 to 12 both ground and upstairs floor. Do you have supervision on your staff? You should be ashamed of your work and service provided. You deserve 0 stars.

I would advise against going to this location for any tests. They have been unable to keep their website up-to-date with their opening times, which could result in a waste of your time. I recommend going to Sullivan Nicolaides instead, as they are reliable and you can be sure that they are open.

I have nothing good to say about this place. After my Drs appointment at the Wesleys I was asked to go downstairs to get my blood work done.
The lady at the counter was rude and tried to ignore me initially - in all fairness I soon found out that they were about to close - which I did not know! She then told me they were closing soon and all others were waiting. I am like "ok". She then asked me if it was urgent and I told her that "my Dr asked me to do my bloods today if possible ", which was the truth. As this question was absolutely not necessary she confirmed again (in a tone!!) that they are closing and others were waiting and turned her back on me. It wasnt the fact that they were closing or that I had to get my bloodwork elsewhere that night, it was the tone of voice, shameful and rude manner that are totally unacceptable for a place like QML. The way I was treated here, left me very upset that night.
