Amazing experience with Dr Challinor’s travel clinic. I wish I had seen her earlier instead of seeing my usual GP who didn’t know anything about travel vaccines. Not only am I now protected for my trip, but I am also up to date with all my other vaccines.

Fantastic doctor always super helpful and attentive has made amazing changes to my well being. Today’s appointment was fantastic except for the exceptionally rude lady who bashed on the door relentlessly despite it being clearly marked as knock once and wait, only for them to demand to be seen despite it being made abundantly clear she doesn’t see new patients on Saturday as well as it being clearly marked on the booking page and also every Saturday appointment being confirmed by phone call and it being clear there was no appointment for her. Which I can absolutely vouch happens every time. It’s a shame that people believe they can just shout demands at people even though they’ve been told their request can’t be met.
Once again though doctor Donna did extremely well to deal with such a rude and abrasive person who just stood their bashing on the door ignoring the signage that’s clearly on the door.

As always thank you Doctor Donna for your amazing support you have provided my family. Nothing but absolutely the best care and support from an amazing doctor.

Worst customer experience ever, don't waste your time. My wife booked an appointment via their website for a Saturday morning and after waiting for 15 minutes outside, Dr. Donna opens up the door saying she doesn't see walk-ins on Saturdays (didn't even say a good morning). My wife replies saying she's not a walk-in, but that she had an appointment booked, the Dr. then says she doesn't see new patients on Saturdays and even if she had an appointment she wouldn't see her. Not even an apology for the time wasted.

Worst experience. I booked my son who is unwell for an appointment and received an abrupt phone call from an incredibly rude lady who identified herself as the doctor. She stated my son isn’t int their register so this better be a regular patient or she won’t see him. I said I don’t appreciate the way I’ve just been spoken to and she said that’s fine I’ll cancel your booking and then hung up. Would give zero stars if I could.

In the midst of an otherwise quite unpleasant illness, I was very glad to meet, and to be tended to by, Dr. Donna Challinor, who got me fixed up in short order 🙂

Not only that, she was very receptive and attentive, and addressed my other health concerns with professionalism and expertise, as well as referring one such concern on to a well-regarded specialist for me.

It's never fun being unwell, but knowing we have an excellent GP like Donna nearby takes a lot of the stress out of the experience. Highly recommended!
