Had my booster shot here - very pleasant experience. Staff are very professional, friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. Their outdoor vax set up and systems are well thought out and run like a well oiled machine. Lovely area to wait in with a beautiful tree. Dr Amanda was very warm and friendly, introducing herself and asking me if I had any questions. She seems like a very cool doctor.
In this numbers-based pandemic, I got caught up thinking of myself as a number, but I was treated like a person here 🙂

I saw Dr Moran for my flu vaccine and am pretty anxious about needles. He was understanding and patient, and did not rush me while myself and my support person worked on calming myself down. In general, the clinic & admin team are lovely and I would definitely come back here 😊

The way they've looked after me over the last year with my chronic injuries from work, has truly changed my life and I couldn't be more grateful for them. I foolishly ran out in front of a car when I was 6 years old. I’ve endured almost 40 years of headaches and have seen a heap of doctors and chiropractors to work out why but none have helped. After seeing Dr Hatch for the first time, he suggested to check my leg lengths which showed that one leg is longer. Now with shoes made to help this problem and regular visits to a physio, my severe daily headaches have dramatically decreased and I feel in control of my life once more. At my worst, it felt like a dark hole I was going in and I didn’t want to live it. Dr Hatch has completely turned my life around and I’m extremely grateful. If he didn’t come along when he did, the first doctor in all the ones I’ve seen who worked it out, I’m not sure I would have made it. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏 Dr Hatch saved my life

Dr Amanda Irwin is a warm, caring and extremely experienced doctor in all aspects. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is genuine in her approach. I wouldnt go to anyone else and i fully trust everything she recommends for me. The whole staff team are always helpful, patient and kind. I recommend this practice to everyone :)!

The nurses, doctors, and administration are all very kind - when I was struggling with a booking issue, they were very nice and helpful about the situation. During the appointment, the doctors and nurses were all very easy to talk to and very sweet to those younger then 18 (at this point in time, I am a teenager). It is my family's preferred medical centre to visit.

We have been with this centre for nearly 10 years, and have always been very happy with the service provided by the Bardon Rainworth Medical Centre. The reception team is always friendly and efficient. The nurses have excellent skills with blood tests, inoculation and procedures required; and our family doctor, professional, knowledgeable and very patient in explaining all aspects of health that we need to know. We are truly very lucky to be looked after by such a capable team.
