Their service is not fixed schedule. If you wish to have a personal care at around 1300-1400, they will schedule your service between 1200-1600. It is understandable they cannot provide service with fixed schedule because of customer demand and staffing issue. However, it is a very wide time range, and the biggest problem is that they do not send service schedules to a customer in advance. Usually, they send schedules in the late Friday afternoon, or frequently none. So, it is extremely difficult to check any double bookings or make other appointments, especially, for Monday.
They also charge fees if we don’t notify them about service cancellation 24 hours in advance. I understand it is necessary to make the cancellation rule.However, if they charge cancellation fees, they should provide service schedules more in advance or provide service with fixed schedule.
As I have to see a medical professional every late Monday afternoon, it is important to check Monday’s schedule… Unfortunately, as they send schedules in Friendly afternoon, there is no time to check schedule, and it is impossible to cancel my Monday’s service 24 hours in advance.

How can they refuse a Alzheimer’s female patient because she is swearing. These type of patients do not know what they are doing and the staff should be trained to handle them especially when they are 80 plus old
Very poor No wonder they had an investigation into aged care. Perhaps they should train their staff better
