Went in this afternoon after work with a completely stiff neck I’d been struggling with and in so much pain for two days, had a 45 min remedial massage with dry needling, so so much better and feel so relaxed. I can move my neck for the first time in two days! Highly recommend - Will definitely be returning again!

Not happy with my massage at Shore Therapy yesterday. Generally I have good experiences here but yesterday it was just bad. The lady in the white furry jumper started with a massage with the towel over my body for about 20 minutes. At one point I thought maybe she didn’t know that I asked for a hot oil massage. Then she eventually did start using the oil but her hands were cold. There’s nothing wrong with having cold hands - I have cold hands - but she could have warmed up the oil or her hands in warm water or something. It’s funny because I actually felt cold in the massage, something that I’ve never experienced before. The massage was really mediocre after that. It felt like she wasn’t even trying, there were no real special massage techniques, just really basic and it didn’t feel like she was targeting any sore spots. At the start of the massage, I swear I heard her phone go off and there were times I thought I heard her messaging on her phone when I could feel she was just massaging with one hand. In the past, when I’ve had massages here, they turn me over half way and continue the massage. When I was turned over, I got a one minute head massage and then suddenly it was all over. I was so underwhelmed I went to Taigum and got another minute massage because I didn’t get what I needed at Shore Therapy. I paid $110 for a hot oil remedial massage and it wasn’t remedial and it sure as hell not hot oil. Really disappointed because I’ve been coming here for years, but now I won’t be returning.

I love this place and visit regularly. When I walk in, I usually get a different masseuse each time. What I appreciate is that they all follow a similar structure, but each offers a slightly different technique and experience.

It was by far the best massage I've had in Australia. It was worth the $85 for 45 minutes for a full course massage with hot stone and oil. I will be visiting every week on my days off from now on👍👍👍👍👍👍

The private health insurance was declined at the shop, the receptionist promised will send the invoice forme to claim, which is completely fine. However, I contacted my insurance company to check the reason. The insurance company said the Shore Therapy is under registration lap. Asked them to contact the insurance company to update/ extend.
I contacted Shore Therapy with their landline, and the receptionist was fine to get the information from me but when I mentioned they needed to contact the insurance company. The receptionist pretended signal was lost and hung up my call. I call back again, reception said will ring me back but never happened.
