I could not give enough praise for Dr Mayoor and Susan at reception. Susan is super friendly and goes above and beyond to try and help . Dr Mayoor is an absolutely fantastic Doctor I can’t recommend him enough he has been looking after our Large family since 2019/2020 and he has always been very thorough, caring and goes above and beyond for his patients. If you want a doctor who takes his time to listen and actually cares Dr Mayoor is your Doctor.

We love Doctors at Eatons Hill. Our family have been seeing Dr. Mayoor for many years and, despite living 30 mins away (and there being many other practices that are closer), we continue to come here because of the amazing services we receive. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Very happy that we found an awesome and suitable GP for us.

Very impressed with the Doctors and reception staff at Doctors at Eatons Hill. My experience with most surgeries nowadays is you are often sitting in the waiting room well past the appointed time without a mention from the reception staff. Ive only had to wait once and was informed by the friendly reception staff right away. Highy Recommended.

Dr Popa referred me to a specialist straightaway after something untoward was picked up in a routine blood test. Consequently we have got to the root of the problem. Very relieved. Thank you for your thoroughness, awareness and care.

If you are seeking compassionate, thorough care, I would not recommend this practice. I initially consulted Dr Popa for a specific health concern, with multiple appointments made to address this single issue. After three costly visits without significant progress, I returned for an appointment for my unwell child, and again raised my unresolved health concern, specifically requesting an X-ray referral that, I feel should have been addressed from the start.

Following the consultation for my child, I paid the $140 new-patient fee for my child and then, surprisingly, contacted later to pay an additional fee for my own "appointment" for my request of an X-ray referral. Considering that I had been to this doctor several times before for this issue, I felt it was inappropriate to be charged for something that seemed to be a prior oversight.

While I recognise general practitioners provide broad, general care, I had expected a more proactive approach and was disheartened by the repeated appointments that seemed financially motivated rather than health-focused. The experience left me feeling treated as a transaction rather than a patient seeking trusted primary healthcare.

I've since done further research and found similar negative reviews specific to this doctor. If you look, you will find them.
