Geraldton Gardens is a 23 unit complex in INNISFAIL Queensland, and is one of the larger complexes in Queensland. In 2015, we joined TRACSAFE, and it was the best thing the Body Corporate has ever done. Tracsafe immediately swung into action and set us up very quickly.

Tracsafe has provided us with superb book keeping and management of our body corporate funds. Tracsafe offers a DYI (Do It Yourself) book keeping service where the Committee handles the routine transactions, which are then notified to Tracsafe regularly.

The best thing about Tracsafe is that we are not managed by a remote body corporate manager who has irregular contact regarding our finances and getting reports was like pulling teeth.

Tracsafe puts you in the drivers seat, and via a simple and very secure login, the whole of our body corporate business is revealed (but can be limited to approved viewers). Many actions are automated. There are many reports that can be generated and communicated to interested parties. Our owners are very happy with the communications they receive.

The Principal, Mr Ross UTTING, is always prepared to apply a tweak here and there. Tracsafe fees are very reasonable and represent good value for money.

I can recommend Tracsafe if you are looking for a highly professional book keeping service.
