Poppy has been instructing at Ashgove studio Pilates for tears and is an amazing kind considerate instructor. In fact all the instructors there are simply first class. Impressed with the way the class runs. By watching the video the instructor spends more time on each person helping them achieve the correct alignment. Classes are fun, uptempo and every instructor I’ve had so far has been really helpful, approachable and friendly.

Studio Pilates Ashgrove has been great. I’m new to Pilates and they have been excellent in guiding and encouraging with the exercises and use of equipment. They always have available spots so I am able to get a spot at whatever time I want!! Highly recommend.

I joined studio Pilates at Ashgrove a few weeks ago and I have loved the variety of class times they have during the day so it is always guaranteed that I can do a class when I want to. The Ashgrove studio has wonderful instructors. I attend a couple times a week and they are always knowledgeable, provide instruction for harder (or modified) moves if needed. I always get instruction on my form to make sure I’m doing it right and getting the best benefit from the class. I’ve really been enjoying the classes since joining earlier in the year!
