I am Fikret and I was living in Melbourne and I made an appointment with them. I came by plane and my appointment time came and I went and the appointment they told me was cancelled. They did not send me an email and did not answer the phone. The employee there said go or I will call the police. I was disgraced for two days. I returned to Melbourne without being able to do my transactions and they still did not deposit the money I deposited into my account. I have never seen such disgrace.

Negative experience. This organisation hides behind offshore call centres who are rude, and doctors in remote locations who only deal with clients through video. When requesting an original medical certificate as required for Uber drivers - Driver Authorisations with QLD dept of transport, they refused wasting my money so I had to go elsewhere after having used their 'service'. Very expensive compared to standard doctors and very poor customer service. Avoid.

Called to get a price on a DA health assessment, all i received was a lot of jargon without the quote . Hung up and finally found someone who could help , quoted me over $230 . Just found a medical centre that can do it for $70 . Extortionist rip off merchants !! . If they do this for a simple medical assessment, imagine how they generally run the practice !!
