Highly recommended! Bernard is the best massage therapist I've seen. He balances his extensive professional knowledge of the physical body with a deep intuition that means you get exactly the massage you need each time. Bernard is truly a master of his craft. I first saw Bernard for a massage a few years ago and have not before or since found a massage therapist with his depth of skill or experience. Bernard is deeply intuitive and imbues into his work a quality of healing beyond the physical body. There is a warmth and comfort to his space, which feels like a haven or a home and his presence is professional, non-invasive and gentle. He is equally as expert in his technical skill and precision and never misses the mark. It's hard to describe, but if I were to try, it feels as if Bernard can read my body like a topographic map of the land with x-ray vision. As if the lines of tension, muscles, tissues and meridians are laid out as plainly as roads and rivers on my skin and he can feel and remove obstacles as easily as pulling debris out of a waterway. I rarely have to explain what I need, I trust Bernard to know and feel what is required and I always leave feeling completely restored. Bernard is in a class of his own and though I now live interstate I book in for a massage every time I come to Brisbane.

I have been going to Bernard for over 5 years. Initially, to correct muscular strains and eventually for a couple of reoccurring injuries that surface now and then, due to overuse and overdoing. Bernard is knowledgeable and professional in his approach and will adapt his method to what you can manage strength wise. Bernard also encourages follow-up exercises which really helps.
The massage space is quiet, relaxing and interesting, which reflects Bernard, and he plays very good music! I highly recommend a visit to Bernard for a remedial or sports related treatment.

I have been visiting Bernard for my back pain for a while now and have always felt 100% better afterwards. Bernards massage is tailored to you, and he seems to use multiple types of massage to treat your problem. I also like how he uses aromatherapy as apart or his treatments. The space is calm and the temperature is always perfect. I would highly recommend Bernard, he is fantastic.

I first went to Bernard with major issues around a bulging disk. The specialists were convinced I needed surgery. I decided to try remedial and massage therapy instead. That all happened twenty years ago and Bernard has helped me to maintain a healthy spine ever since. I know, from first hand experience that he is an excellent practitioner. I can not recommend Bernard highly enough. As an active mum with two young children, I have experienced several issues with my back, shoulder and hip - all of which Bernard has treated with genuine interest and success. He also provided advice for reducing further injury and building up strength in these areas to avoid future injuries. 5 stars!

My massage with Bernie truely transported me to another place! Had great pressure but still gentle, I feel like kinks and knots were worked out from years ago. The room smelt beautiful and I left feeling so relaxed ☺️
