Meg is a gem. Her foundations course is well-informed and structured in an engaging manner. Going through the course has been helpful for many aspects of life as an ADHDer. Meg is knowledgeable, insightful, empathetic and warm. Working with her has been a very worthwhile experience.

I highly recommend working with Meg towards accepting, learning and improving on bridging the gaps that those of us who are ADHD/neurospicy have, so we can thrive in this neurotypical world. I have been intrigued by all the science backing up the lessons - my ADHD brain loved nerding out each session. From routines, habit stacking, learning to reserve dopamine, and information processing via senses to identifying ways to help myself in tricky moments and in the time that follows - Meg has coached and helped me from a foundational point of view. Her homework in between sessions has been achievable, realistic and relevant, and overall has helped me learn more about myself so I can work on being a better version of myself as a person, worker, partner and parent to my neurospicy kids!.. thankyou Meg, I look forward to working with you further in future! 🙂

I’ve just finished my foundation sessions and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Meg is so knowledgeable and works really hard to tailor things to each person she’s working with. I understand my brain so much better now and am excited to keep learning more about what works for me. I genuinely would recommend this experience to anyone with ADHD to learn about yourself and how you work. Before I was diagnosed with ADHD I found myself having issues with therapy because I felt like the advice and strategies I was given didn’t work for me. Now that I’ve been diagnosed and started working with Meg, I’ve actually found things to try in my life that make sense to me and that I will actually try to implement. And I can say that they do actually work for me too.

I'm only 1 session into this coaching course and already blown away! I'll update my review after more sessions as well. But in the mean time, I cannot recommend Meg enough - she is intelligent, empathetic, respectful, and has over 12 years of experience, research, and resources to making her coaching great.

Meg is amazing at demystifying all things ADHD! She’s held my hand as I navigate a new late in life diagnosis and made me see all the positives. As well as guidance and tips and tricks her coaching is rooted in neuroscience so it’s credible and fascinating at the same
