Duane Reid is an excellent trainer. He was thorough, explained course content clearly, and provided students with correct tools to be successful in the course. Overall he was professional and engaging. I would definitely recommend pinnacle and specifically the tower rescue and working at heights with Duane to anybody looking ascertain ticket.

I did the RNFA course with trainer Mike. He was a great trainer and was very helpful. He went through the course material and explained it great and was helpful if you needed help. Then with the hands on course he told us in detail what we needed to do. Overall he's a great trainer and it was a good course.
