We recently visited this business for my 13-year-old son, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and expertise we received.
The staff were warm and welcoming, putting both of us at ease. Tom took the time to thoroughly examine my son’s foot and knee issues(pancake flat feet), explaining everything in a way that was easy for both of us to understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made my son feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
As soon as he put on the new orthotics today, he said his shoes immediately felt more comfortable.
