Thank you Kathy and all the reception for being so helpful and supportive in helping get my records collected, I couldn’t be more grateful for how much effort and assistance she’s given me these last few weeks!!
I also want too thank and highly recommend Dr. Chand, for always listening being so supportive and understanding unlike my previous psychiatrist. Been with these guys for about 3 years and they’ve never let me down or been judgemental! Helix Health has helped change my life.

Dr Roy and his team and most specifically Kathy are prompt, kind, warm, empathetic and provide the most welcoming and supportive environment.
They do the absolute best for their patients And no task or question is a problem. They are beyond accommodating and always willing to help, even if it’s outside of an appointment. I can’t recommend them highly enough

I have been a patient at Helix Health for about 4 years and see Dr.Gabrash. I have felt so privileged to have a professional in my corner who I feel will honeslty go the extra mile to help someone. Emily Prowse as well is such an amazing psychologist. I would go to some sessions in tears and end up walking out with a smile and clarity. I am so grateful to be a patient here ( even if the circumstances aren't ideal)

Dr Amini was very un-accommodating and difficult to reason with. There was a mix up with my appointment and the practice forced me to attend my appointment that I was unprepared for. This resulted in a panic attack that I needed to tend to and was denied by Dr Amini. This is meant to be a clinic that accommodates mental illness in all forms and variety and instead they dismissed past diagnoses and invalidated any present issues. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who struggles with anxiety disorders or depression. The receptionist was also cold and difficult to deal with. Please for your own sake - review your own actions and consider the emotional toll your actions place on those with such illnesses / disabilities.

No words can express fully how greatfull I am to have the support and guidance of the team at the Helix Health Specialist Clinic. I am currently seeing both Dr Bethi and Dr Olaf who have been instrumental in helping me with my mental health. After my accident I felt myself fall down the well of depression which resulted in my marriage breaking down, becoming homeless with strong thoughts of suicide. With the support of not only my treating doctors but also Kelly and the TMS therapy she provided (which helped me focus at a time when what I was going through would of broke the strongest man) and I cannot forget to mention the lovely, friendly, compassionate and very patient reception staff especially Kathy and Georgia, who we all know really keep this wonderful place running, I cannot thank you's enough for if it wasn't for you's always making time for me, always making me feel welcome and keeping me updated on my appointments I can honestly say that even though I still have a long way to go I wouldn't have come this far without you's.
I appreciate everything you's have done and are continually doing to support me.

Dr Hany Ghabrash is an exceptional psychiatrist. His professionalism, knowledge, experience and genuine care is second to none. I will be forever grateful for his care of my son and how he also takes the time to help me understand my son's condition and how I can best support him.

After the first appointment with Dr Ghabrash I walked out and cried tears of relief, as I knew we were no longer alone on this journey. My son was so relieved to finally have a dr he could trust. The journey since has been slow and long, but of continual improvement.

A truely remarkable doctor, who makes a huge difference in the lives of his patients and their families.

Dr Bethi did not comply with the Good Medicine Practice when my son, went for his initial appointment. Dr Bethi refused to even listen to Brens advocates, who were present due to Brens limited communication skills. Dr Bethi caused my son extreme distress in the way that he interacted with Bren. Dr Bethi did not take any notice of Brens body language. And when Brens advocates tried to intervene he just told them to shh!!
THIS WAS AN INEFFECTIVE CONSULTATION AND A WASTE OF MONEY.

Visits to Helix Health has been a very pleasant experience. Dr. Chand is incredibly kind and caring. He has been an amazing support with any challenge presented to him and goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the best treatment possible.

I’ve also been having TMS treatments with Kelly which has been fantastic. The treatment has helped me in several ways. Kelly is also super nice to chat with and will probably lighten up your day simply from her kind nature.

Most times I’ve needed to contact reception I spoke with Kathy, who was always super helpful and professional.
