Situation:
- Day surgery for gastroscopy.

Summary:
- The people are so nice and friendly, really great staff.
- Facility was decent.
- I took off one star because of the toilet situation. They have the patient toilet right next to where you wait for the surgery, i'm talking a metre away from waiting patients. I was going in for a gastroscopy so my stomach was brewing with colon prep. Trying to be quiet in the toilet was really stressful / impossible. I dreaded having to go in there and the other patients, when I walked out of the bathroom, well one hid under her blanket because it was so awkward...

!! I will stress thought, I still highly recommend and would go there again for future surgeries etc.
