Apparently they are allowed to park in parent parking because they have a disabled permit to park and “picking someone” up doesnt give you the right to park in the bay you had no one with you and grabbes your purse so actually you were going shopping do better

I cannot praise the assistance I was recently afforded by a member of your organisation "Mark", when attending the Magistrates Court in Brisbane.
I suffer from a number of psychological & physiological conditions & had arrived at the courts totally bewildered & overwhelmed, not just by being their, but also by the circumstance that required my being their.
Additionally, I had no legal representation, no real knowledge of process & was being pressured by the other party's solicitor prior to even entering the courtroom.
I am certain the help I was given, was well beyond the charter of duties expected. I was dealt with in the most understanding of manners, shielded from the solicitors posturing & assisted in negotiating an outcome I would not have been able to negotiate myself.
I can't express my gratitude strongly enough & recommend to anyone who finds themselves out of their depth, that they contact this arm of Anglicare.
